      Our pricing strategy reflects our overall business approach - keep it simple with no surprises and make it accessible for every organization, large or small.

Keller-Ferguson & Associates adheres to the Professional Standards and Code of Ethics of both the American Association of Grant Professionals and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Services are not provided on contingency or commission.

All standard services - technical writing, grant writing and digital media - are included:

• Per Project Rate - $100 per hour (20 hours minimum)
  

• 6 month contract - $75 per hour (40 hours per month minimum)
  

• 12 month contract - $50 per hour (40 hours per month minimum)
  

For contract clients, any unused hours are banked on a quarterly basis. Project hour estimates are agreed upon prior to the commencement of any project and an authorization process is established for any additional hours required to complete the project to ensure that there are no surprises.

Additional services - bulk printing, photography, technical illustration and document translation - are available and are billed separately based on the unique requirements of the specific project.
